Got notification from UPS that Shad sent me a shipment...should be here tomorrow surprisingly. The reference # in the shipment is the part number for the top case mount so fingers crossed on that.

Hey, waddaya know the mount kit showed up today!
Still waiting on the inner soft bags and the white trim pieces but at least I can use the top case now. Of course, the weather isn't going to cooperate this week.

I got the remainder of the items 4/25. I got an email from them today saying my stuff shipped...looked at the tracking numbers and it's the original shipments I received originally on 3/14. They are a mess!Comment

Yep, in the above post. Happy with the products, their customer service could use some work. Although, I've seen a lot of compliants about Givi in that respect as well.Comment

At least Givi has a retailer to go through. Revzilla I believe actually... Damn foreign companies and their top-notch products! They put all their labor into design and manufacturing, they forget how to communicate.Comment

Bad shipping
I ordered a rear rack for an 02 it took over a month to arrive , I talked to the Miami office and for some reason they sent me a second one a couple of months
later. I ordered a shad rack thro Google for my 08, delivery was great.On the origonal one the retailer warned me of their shipping.Comment
