  • 2002 clutch parts

    Hi I'm still alive and kicking! Finally getting getting my engine and transmission back together (it's been a couple years now) putting the clutch basket on and I found these 4 black (thrust) washers I have no clue where they go.

    02 Gen I 139,621 miles.
    Currently being converted to a Reverse Trike
    "REV3/FZ1 Fusion"
    Carbon Fiber Scorpion (shorty) slip-on, Gauge of Eternal Coolness, Passport w/H.A.R.D., R1 shift arm, Penski Shock, Braided front brake lines, Stabil air horn.

    2001 Yamaha FZ1: 16,500 lost in barn fire 2007
    1983 Yamaha XJ900 Seca: 53,000
    1972 Kawasaki Tripple: 32,000

      Fishe doesn't show any thrust washers in the clutch looks like there are some in transmission did you pull the gears apart?

        Yes I did, but everything was reinstalled properly...I think!

        I need to call EFM Auto Clutch Monday they built clutch into a centrifugal clutch and maybe they were from their build up

      I fully rebuiltbthr Trans as my second gear was failed

        Wowtotally blew away the time..abain!!

        I did call EFM Auto Clutch and the washers/spacers are from them..they are used if any additional tuning of the auto clutch is needed

        Thanks for the replies guys I'm making headway on the REV3/Fz1 reverse three-wheeler.
